Rental Terms and Conditions:

Terms and Conditions
Maximum number of individuals	4 for the Home 2 for the Cabin 2 for an extra tent with Cabin
Preferred check in time	4 pm (16:00) on Sundays
Required check out time	10 am (10:00) on Sundays
Pets	Absolutely no pets
Damage deposit	$500 (Canadian $) required prior to check in. Failure to observe the maximum individual limits will result in damage deposit retention.
Rental deposit	50% prior to check in. Deposit is non refundable
Linens	Linens and bathroom towels are provided. Beach towels must be provided by renter.
